Yes! Our Alpha Leaf products are extracted exclusively from EU-certified commercial cannabis varieties. These commercial cannabis varieties are approved in the EU plant variety database and contain only minor traces of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC <0.2%). They are therefore not subject to the Narcotics Act.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer a number of payment options in our online shop, including payment by credit card, PayPal & MB WAY.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped through either DPD, TNT or CTT.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
In Portugal, shipping is always free of charge. For orders to other European countries, shipping is free of charge for orders over 30 euros.
Who do I contact if my package hasn’t arrived?

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please take photos of the damaged package or products. Send this to our customer advisors by email (office@alphaleaf.eu) and contact them for the next steps.
What do I do if I want to return my order?
Please send your order back to us with sufficient postage and inform our customer advisors about the return of the order. We only accept return packages with original sealed products. We cannot accept unstamped shipments.
How can I know when my order will get to me?
If you enter an e-mail address when ordering in the online shop, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track the shipment when your products are shipped. If we do not have your email address, you are welcome to contact our customer service representatives and they will give you the status of the shipment.
What material is the packaging of my order made of?
As a green company, sustainable packaging is very important to us. That is why the packaging box is made of recyclable paper.
Is the fill material in my order sustainable?
To ensure that your order arrives safely and whole, we use 100% eco-friendly filling material, which protects your products. These are 100% sustainable and biodegradable. They can even be disposed of in the compost.
